Situations you can bring

We start with the situations you’re facing in your teaching. For example:

  • you keep saying yes to extra classes, last-minute requests or unpaid time with students, even when you know you need to set a limit;
  • a student has challenged something you said in class, crossed a boundary or left you wondering whether you handled a difficult situation well;
  • you’ve been invited to teach at a retreat and aren’t sure what to charge, how to account for preparation and travel, or how to put an agreement in writing, especially if you’ve never used a contract before;
  • you’d like to start a newsletter to stay in touch with your students and help fill your classes or retreats, but don’t know how to set it up or what to write;
  • you teach exclusively in person and would like to slow down by developing an online offering, but you’re unsure what to offer or how to get started;
  • you’re questioning your place as a teacher, second-guessing a professional decision or facing an ethical dilemma you’d like to discuss with someone experienced.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. We can work with the questions you already have and the situations that arise along the way.

What the mentorship helps you build

Over six months, we work on what matters most in your teaching and professional life. Depending on your needs, this might include:

  • clearer boundaries around your time, responsibilities and relationships with students;
  • a more reliable way to handle difficult conversations and make professional decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself;
  • pricing, offers and written agreements that reflect your work and responsibilities;
  • practical communication tools, including getting started with Kit, organizing your email list, creating a welcome sequence and establishing a newsletter rhythm you can sustain;
  • ways to invite the people who follow you on Instagram to stay connected through your email list;
  • developing an online offering that fits your experience, your teaching style and the way you want to work;
  • a way of teaching and running your activity that you can sustain over time.

We don’t need to work on all of these. The mentorship is shaped around your circumstances, your priorities and what you want to develop.

Who is this mentorship for?

This mentorship is for you if:

  • you already teach yoga, in person or online, and sometimes find the expectations, responsibilities or relationships with students difficult to navigate;
  • you want to make thoughtful decisions about your work, whether that means developing your activity, changing its direction or setting better limits;
  • you want to grow without aggressive marketing or pressure to constantly do more;
  • you value depth, ethics and a sustainable approach to teaching.

Newly certified teachers are welcome too.

If you’re just starting to teach, mentoring can help you make early decisions about your classes, pricing, boundaries and how you want to work.

Teachers of all yoga styles are welcome.

How does the mentorship work?

We meet for six private 75-minute sessions on Zoom, approximately once a month.

Each session starts with the questions, situations or decisions you’re facing in your teaching.

Our sessions can be reflective or very practical.

We might work through a difficult situation with a student, review your pricing, set up your newsletter or structure a new online offering. I can also share the agreement I use in my own teaching work when we discuss professional collaborations.

If a newsletter is one of your priorities, we can work together directly in Kit. I can help you get started with the platform, organize your subscribers using tags, create a welcome email sequence and choose a sending frequency that works for you.

We can also work on ways to bring your Instagram audience onto your email list, using signup forms or links so that people can choose to subscribe. If you already have email contacts from Instagram who have agreed to receive your newsletter, I can help you add them to Kit.

The aim is to help you put a system in place that you understand and can continue using yourself, rather than creating another task that feels overwhelming.

Sometimes the most useful thing is to talk through a situation and see it from another perspective. Other times, we work together on something concrete that you can start using in your activity.

What we focus on depends on what you need at that stage of your teaching.

Support between sessions

Between our meetings, you can send questions, reflections or voice notes on WhatsApp when something comes up that you’d like my input on.

You don’t have to wait another month to bring a question into the conversation.

I respond within 48 hours on business days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in this timeframe.

There are no weekly assignments, no pressure to produce content and no unrealistic business goals.

We work at a pace that respects your actual capacity.

What is included?

Six private mentoring sessions

Six individual sessions of 75 minutes on Zoom, approximately one per month over six months.

WhatsApp support between sessions

A way to bring questions, reflections or situations that arise between our meetings.

I respond within 48 hours on business days.

Full access to the Restorative Yoga Online Studio

Access throughout the six-month mentorship.

Practical resources adapted to your situation

Reading recommendations, templates, exercises and other materials selected according to what we’re working on.

This includes access to the agreement I use in my own teaching work, as a practical reference rather than legal advice.

When relevant to your goals, we can also work directly on practical projects, such as setting up your newsletter in Kit, creating your first welcome sequence or structuring an online offering.

The possibility to continue

At the end of the six months, you can choose to continue with additional mentoring sessions if you wish, with no obligation.

What teachers say

These teachers took part in Audrey’s group mentoring in French and Italian; their words are translated. The mentorship offered on this page is one-to-one.

Concrete tools to move forward

Audrey’s mentoring program for teachers is well structured and gave me concrete tools to shift my situation. Meeting once a month created the opportunity to share my path, explore situations and doubts, and build answers to specific needs. It is enriching in many ways. You leave with soft skills to relate more clearly with your students, as well as practical tools to promote your work, from social media to newsletters and targeted communication. I highly recommend it to anyone who, like me, is looking for something concrete to move forward.

Questioning what truly matters

This mentorship supported me a lot throughout the year. As a yoga teacher, it is rare to have a space where we can exchange and reflect together on my challenges. Unlike many coaching offers for yoga teachers or wellness entrepreneurs, this mentoring helped me question what truly matters, not only marketing strategy. If I had to summarize what this program gave me in one word, it would be: confidence.

Émilie

Support, clarity and confidence

This mentorship offered support, deep listening and meaningful sharing. It gave me tools to move forward, reflect together, find solutions, learn to set boundaries, define my professional frame, keep confidence, take my place, respect myself and value my work. For me, this is what the program brought: practical keys to become, and remain, a more confident yoga teacher.

A strong and gentle guide

This journey with Audrey helped me achieve a goal I had been contemplating for a long time. She created the inner and outer conditions that allowed my potential to grow. Audrey is a complete and up-to-date professional who embodies the values she teaches. That is what makes her guidance so transformative.

Who is Audrey Favreau?

I’ve been a certified professional coach since 2012, a yoga teacher since 2014 and a teacher trainer since 2015.

More than 1,300 people have taken part in my trainings, and more than 350 teachers have been certified.

I built my work in Italy and France, and I now teach in English, French and Italian.

Over the years, I’ve supported yoga teachers through their training, their first professional decisions and the development of their work.

My background in professional coaching and yoga teacher training allows me to approach mentoring from both perspectives. I understand the practical demands of teaching yoga, and I bring coaching skills to the questions and decisions that come with the role.

I am one of three teachers designated by Judith Hanson Lasater to certify in the Relax and Renew® lineage, alongside Judith and Lizzie Lasater, who certify directly.

I am also the author of The Teacher’s Guide to Restorative Yoga (North Atlantic Books, 2026).

How to join

There are two ways to work with me one-to-one, depending on what you need.

A Clarity Session gives us 90 minutes to focus on a specific question or challenge.

The six-month mentorship offers the time and continuity to work through situations or develop projects as they evolve.

For example, a single session might help you prepare a proposal for teaching at a retreat. Over six months, we can work on several connected decisions, put things into practice and return to what needs adjusting.

If you’re developing a newsletter, we can work on setting it up, prepare your first emails and revisit your approach once you’ve started sending them. If you’re planning an online offering, we can explore what would suit your teaching, structure the offer and work on how to present it to your students.

This continuity gives you time to put decisions into practice and return with new questions, rather than trying to resolve everything in a single conversation.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I join if I am just starting to teach?

    Yes. If you’re newly certified or starting to teach, we can work on your first professional decisions, from boundaries and student relationships to how you structure your classes, services and pricing. You don’t need to have an established teaching business to benefit from mentoring.

  • Is the mentorship one-to-one or in a group?

    It is entirely one-to-one. You’ll have six private 75-minute sessions with me, along with WhatsApp support between sessions.

  • Is the program online?

    Yes. All private sessions take place on Zoom.

  • How much time does it take?

    One 75-minute session approximately once a month, over six months. There are no weekly assignments. The time you spend between sessions depends on the questions or projects you choose to work on.

  • Can we work on practical projects, such as a newsletter or an online offering?

    Yes. Depending on your needs, we can use our sessions to work together on setting up your newsletter, structuring an online offering, reviewing your pricing or preparing a professional proposal. If you’re starting a newsletter, I can help you get started with Kit, use tags to organize your contacts, create a welcome sequence and establish a regular sending schedule that fits your capacity. We can also work on ways to invite your Instagram contacts to join your mailing list, with their consent. We decide what to focus on together. You don’t need to work on all these areas.

  • Can you help me with a contract for teaching at a retreat?

    We can discuss the questions you need to consider when agreeing to teach at a retreat, including pricing, preparation, travel and the terms of your collaboration. I can also share the agreement I use in my own work as a reference. This isn’t a substitute for legal advice specific to your situation.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes. The Founding Client rate is €1,290 in one payment, or six monthly payments of €225 (€1,350 in total).

  • How is this different from teacher training?

    Teacher training prepares you to teach. Mentorship gives you space to work through what happens once you’re teaching: questions about students, boundaries, pricing, difficult decisions and the direction you want to take. We can also work on the practical side of developing your activity, whether that’s creating a newsletter, structuring an offer or finding a more sustainable way to work.

  • How do I join?

    You can join the six-month mentorship directly, either in one payment or in six monthly payments. If you’d prefer to talk first, you can book a free 15-minute call. After you enroll, I’ll open your access to the Restorative Yoga Online Studio.

Ready to begin?

If you’d like experienced, ongoing support as you develop your teaching, you can join the six-month mentorship for €1,290, or pay in six monthly installments of €225. The Founding Client rate is available until 14 November 2026, or until the four places are filled. If you’d like to talk about your situation before deciding, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute call.
