Teach with clarity. Grow with integrity. Stop carrying everything alone.

You don’t need more strategies.
You don’t need to be more visible.
You don’t need to work harder.

You need clarity, support, and a professional space where you can breathe.

This mentorship is for yoga teachers who feel that:

  • something subtle but important has become heavy

  • teaching takes more than it gives

  • boundaries blur, even when intentions are good

  • growth feels possible — but not at any cost

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

This Mentorship Offers Relief — Not Pressure

This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about coming back to a position that is clear, grounded, and sustainable.

Inside this mentorship, teachers often say:

  • “I finally feel supported.”

  • “I can teach without carrying everything.”

  • “I’m clearer — and people respond differently.”

That shift is not accidental.
It comes from working at the right level.

What Makes This Mentorship Different

This is not coaching.
It is not business mentoring.
It is not therapy.

It is a professional mentorship that works where most difficulties actually live:

  • in the relationship

  • in the frame

  • in what is unspoken

  • in what you are holding alone

We work with:

  • professional posture

  • ethical clarity

  • relational dynamics

  • visibility that supports your nervous system

  • development that does not require self-exhaustion

This is quiet work.
And it changes everything.

Imagine Teaching Like This

  • You know where your responsibility starts — and ends

  • You no longer absorb your students’ emotional load

  • Your work is clearer, and people understand what you offer

  • You feel less alone in decisions and doubts

  • Growth happens — but without pressure or overexposure

This mentorship helps you move toward that version of your teaching life.

Who This Mentorship Is For

This mentorship is for you if:

  • you already teach yoga and feel the relational weight of the role

  • you want to grow without aggressive marketing

  • you work mainly in person, or in a mixed model

  • you want visibility without nervous system overload

  • you value depth, ethics, and sustainability

It is also for teachers who are just beginning

If you are newly certified or starting to teach, this mentorship helps you:

  • build a solid professional frame from the start

  • avoid common patterns of over-giving and self-doubt

  • understand your role clearly

  • enter the profession with confidence and support

This is not about “doing more.”
It is about starting — or continuing — in the right way.

What You Will Gain

By the end of the mentorship, you will:

  • feel clearer and more grounded in your role

  • manage relational dynamics with more confidence

  • communicate your work more clearly

  • teach with stronger boundaries and less fatigue

  • develop a professional presence without burnout

  • feel supported rather than isolated

  • build an activity that can last

A Mentorship That Respects Your Nervous System

  • No constant output

  • No urgency

  • No performance expectations

  • No pressure to be online

We work with:

  • your real capacity

  • your real context

  • your real life

Because sustainability is not a concept.
It is a lived experience.

Structure of the Mentorship

    (60 min each)

  • Twice-monthly Restorative Yoga practices

    to support integration

  • A slow, respectful rhythm over 9 months

This mentorship is intentionally limited and selective. Not because it is exclusive but because depth requires space.

About your mentor

Restorative Yoga Expert Audrey Favreau

Audrey Favreau is a certified Restorative Yoga teacher, senior trainer, and international educator. Her teaching is rooted in the lineage of Judith Hanson Lasater and informed by neuroscience, functional anatomy, and therapeutic practice, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation. Originally from France, Audrey now lives in the quiet Monferrato Hills of Italy, where she teaches and guides others in the art of slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and cultivating deep, sustainable rest. After a high-stress career in banking, she discovered Restorative Yoga in Bali in 2012 — a turning point that reshaped both her personal life and her professional path. Since 2015, she has trained more than 1,200 students and supported hundreds of teachers in integrating Restorative Yoga into their classes, therapeutic work, and daily lives. Audrey is also the author of The Teacher’s Guide to Restorative Yoga, to be published in English by North Atlantic Books in June 2026. Her work is already available in French (Le Yoga Restauratif, Éditions Grancher) and in Italian (Restorative Yoga: ritrova la calma, gestisci ansia, rabbia e depressione, Edizioni Mediterranee). Through her courses and trainings, she shares Restorative Yoga as a precise, compassionate, and powerful practice — one that supports resilience, clarity, and a more respectful relationship with the body.
