Not more to do. A place to truly restore.

This online studio is not a collection of random classes.

It is a continuity of practice designed to help your body and nervous system shift out of survival mode and into deep, sustainable rest.

Here, you don’t come to improve, fix, or push yourself.
You come to create the conditions for regulation, repair, and clarity.

With regular practice, members often experience:

  • a calmer nervous system
  • improved sleep and reduced mental agitation
  • less fatigue and better recovery
  • a renewed relationship with rest, without guilt
  • more clarity, presence, and emotional steadiness

You don’t need more discipline.

You need a space that supports real rest.

Whether you're a yoga teacher, a wellness practitioner, or simply seeking a place to rest — welcome.

Now in the Studio: The 8 Limbs of Yoga

A Journey into the Heart of Practice

This serie opens a space to dive into the living wisdom of yoga, as it still resonates today through ancient texts.
Over 12 months, it invites you to walk, step by step, the path of yoga as described in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, alternating Restorative Yoga practices, guided explorations of the Yamas and Niyamas, and moments of introspection.

A guiding thread: to embody yoga in daily life, beyond the mat — with slowness, listening, coherence, and the simple joy of being aligned with yourself.

Each class weaves together subtle threads of philosophical teachings, Restorative Yoga practice, guided relaxations, and practical suggestions for integration into everyday life.

Over the months, you will be invited to:

  • Connect with ethical principles that are simple yet profound (Yama)

  • Cultivate personal commitments that support clarity and inner peace (Niyama)

  • Deepen your relationship with the body (Asana) and the breath (Pranayama)

  • Learn to turn your attention inward (Pratyahara)

  • Explore the three meditative stages of yoga (Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi)

Each month includes:

  • The 3rd Thursday – a 90-minute live (or recording) session with a vibrant introduction to one of the limbs of yoga, an off-the-mat reflection or integration practice, and a 75-minute Restorative Yoga sequence.

  • The 1st Monday – a 30-minute pre-recorded bonus practice designed to gently support your integration throughout the month.

Program Overview (month by month)

Months 1–5: The Yamas
• Ahimsa (non-violence): Begin by doing no harm
• Satya (truth): Honor your inner truth
• Asteya (non-stealing): Let go of possession, welcome connection
• Brahmacharya (moderation): Walk with the sacred
• Aparigraha (non-attachment): Non-greed

Months 6–10: The Niyamas
• Saucha (purity): Purity as a loving intention
• Santosha (contentment): Finding joy in the present moment
• Tapas (discipline): Dwelling in discipline with softness
• Svadhyaya (self-study): Meeting the Self
• Ishvara Pranidhana (surrender to the Divine): Bowing to what is greater than us

Month 11: Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara
Although explored throughout the journey, this month will deepen the philosophical and historical roots of posture (asana), breath (pranayama), and sensory withdrawal (pratyahara).

Month 12: Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi
An inner exploration of Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi — to taste, beyond effort, the pure, silent, undivided presence at the heart of yoga.

The monthly membership is €23.90, giving you unlimited access to the full video library and two new sessions each month. It’s a flexible plan you can cancel anytime, and it renews automatically every 30 days. The annual membership is €239, offering 2 months free. It renews automatically every 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • When are new practices released?

A 30-minute recorded practice is released on the first Monday of each month. A 90-minute live class on Zoom takes place on the third Thursday of each month from 2:00 to 3:30 PM (EU time). If you can’t attend live, no worries—the replay is available on your dashboard the next day.

  • How do I join the live sessions?

All live classes are held on Zoom. You’ll receive the access link by email the day before the session.

I recommend: a yoga mat, a chair, a bolster (or a few firm pillows), 3 blankets (or large towels), 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books), 2 yoga bricks, a strap (or bathrobe belt), an eye pillow (or a clean sock). What's important is not the specific props—but the shape and symmetry of the pose.

Your plan renews every 30 days (monthly) or every 12 months (annually) from the date of purchase. For example, if you join on the 15th, your next billing date will be the 15th of the next month—or next year, for annual plans.
