Starting September 18, 2025
This serie opens a space to dive into the living wisdom of yoga, as it still resonates today through ancient texts.
Over 12 months, it invites you to walk, step by step, the path of yoga as described in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras, alternating Restorative Yoga practices, guided explorations of the Yamas and Niyamas, and moments of introspection.
A guiding thread: to embody yoga in daily life, beyond the mat — with slowness, listening, coherence, and the simple joy of being aligned with yourself.
Each class weaves together subtle threads of philosophical teachings, Restorative Yoga practice, guided relaxations, and practical suggestions for integration into everyday life.
Over the months, you will be invited to:
Connect with ethical principles that are simple yet profound (Yama)
Cultivate personal commitments that support clarity and inner peace (Niyama)
Deepen your relationship with the body (Asana) and the breath (Pranayama)
Learn to turn your attention inward (Pratyahara)
Explore the three meditative stages of yoga (Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi)
Each month includes:
The 3rd Thursday – a 90-minute live (or recording) session with a vibrant introduction to one of the limbs of yoga, an off-the-mat reflection or integration practice, and a 75-minute Restorative Yoga sequence.
The 1st Monday – a 30-minute pre-recorded bonus practice designed to gently support your integration throughout the month.
