Now in the Studio: The 8 Limbs of Yoga

A Journey into the Heart of Practice

The current studio series explores the living wisdom of yoga through the path described in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras.

Through Restorative Yoga, guided reflection, and moments of introspection, you will be invited to explore the Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi — not as abstract concepts, but as living practices that can support your daily life.

This journey is an invitation to embody yoga beyond the mat, with slowness, listening, coherence, and the simple joy of being more deeply aligned with yourself.

Summer Rate available until July 31, 2026

Available to new annual members and current monthly members who wish to upgrade to an annual membership. From August 12, the annual membership will increase to €25.90/month and the annual membership to €259/year.

What members say

Peggy, Studio Member

“I really enjoy your way of teaching, not finding very many teachers that work with the finesse I learned from Judith Hanson Lasater.”

Josie, Studio Member

“Dear Audrey, I got lots from my first 90-minute session. I felt a subtle deep sense of relaxation after it. Thank you.”

Restorative Yoga Expert Audrey Favreau

Audrey Favreau is a certified Restorative Yoga teacher, senior trainer, and international educator. Her teaching is rooted in the lineage of Judith Hanson Lasater and informed by neuroscience, functional anatomy, and therapeutic practice, with a strong focus on nervous system regulation. Originally from France, Audrey now lives in the quiet Monferrato Hills of Italy, where she teaches and guides others in the art of slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and cultivating deep, sustainable rest. After a high-stress career in banking, she discovered Restorative Yoga in Bali in 2012 — a turning point that reshaped both her personal life and her professional path. Since 2015, she has trained more than 1,200 students and supported hundreds of teachers in integrating Restorative Yoga into their classes, therapeutic work, and daily lives. Audrey is also the author of The Teacher’s Guide to Restorative Yoga, to be published in English by North Atlantic Books in June 2026. Her work is already available in French (Le Yoga Restauratif, Éditions Grancher) and in Italian (Restorative Yoga: ritrova la calma, gestisci ansia, rabbia e depressione, Edizioni Mediterranee). Through her courses and trainings, she shares Restorative Yoga as a precise, compassionate, and powerful practice — one that supports resilience, clarity, and a more respectful relationship with the body.

FAQ

  • How do I access the studio platform?

Go to www.restorativeyoga.online, click on “Sign In”, and enter your email and password. If you’re new, click on “Create a new account” and fill in your details. If you have any issues, contact me directly at [email protected].

  • How much does the membership cost?

The monthly membership is €23.90/month and renews every 30 days. It can be cancelled anytime. Until July 31, 2026, the annual membership is available at the Summer Rate: €179 for your first year, then €239/year upon renewal. This offer is reserved for new annual members and current monthly members who wish to upgrade to an annual membership. From August 12, the annual membership will increase to €259 for new annual memberships.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The monthly membership can be cancelled anytime. The annual membership renews automatically every 12 months, unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you join with the Summer Rate, your first year is €179, and your next renewal will be €239/year.

  • When are new practices released?

A new 30-minute recorded practice is released on the first Monday of each month. A longer 90-minute recorded class is released on the third Thursday of each month. Both are added directly to your dashboard and can be watched at any time, as long as your subscription is active.

  • Are there live sessions?

The Online Studio is now offered as a fully pre-recorded, on-demand experience. This allows you to practice at your own rhythm, without needing to be available at a specific date or time.

  • What props do I need?

I recommend: a yoga mat, a chair, a bolster (or a few firm pillows), 3 blankets (or large towels), 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books), 2 yoga bricks, a strap (or bathrobe belt), an eye pillow (or a clean sock). What's important is not the specific props—but the shape and symmetry of the pose.

  • Do I lose access if I skip a month?

No. As long as your subscription is active, you keep full access to the video library and new monthly sessions. There’s no expiration date while your membership is active.
