Each month, you’ll receive:

Your teacher

Audrey Favreau

I’m a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, Trainer, and Coach with a deep passion for conscious rest and nervous system regulation. Originally from France, I now live in the peaceful Monferrato Hills of Italy, where I teach and guide others in the art of slowing down, reconnecting with the body, and restoring balance. After a high-stress career in banking, I discovered Restorative Yoga in Bali in 2012 — a turning point that transformed both my personal and professional life. Since 2015, I’ve trained over 1,100 students, helping them integrate the power of rest into their teaching and their everyday lives. I’m also the author of Restorative Yoga: The Art of Relaxation, to be published soon in English by North Atlantic Books (Summer 2026). The book is already available in French – Le Yoga Restauratif (Éditions Grancher, 2022) and in Italian – Restorative Yoga: ritrova la calma, gestisci ansia, rabbia e depressione (Edizioni Mediterranee, 2021). Through online courses, I share this practice as a powerful tool for rest, resilience, and reconnection. Join me on this journey of deep rest and renewal!

  • How do I access the studio platform?

    Go to www.restorativeyoga.online, click on “Sign In”, and enter your email and password. If you’re new, click on “Create a new account” and fill in your details. If you have any issues, contact me directly at [email protected].

  • How much does the membership cost?

    The monthly membership is €23.90, giving you unlimited access to the full video library and two new sessions each month. It’s a flexible plan you can cancel anytime, and it renews automatically every 30 days. The annual membership is €239, offering 2 months free. It renews automatically every 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • When are new practices released?

    A 30-minute recorded practice is released on the first Monday of each month. A 90-minute live class on Zoom takes place on the third Thursday of each month from 2:00 to 3:30 PM (EU time). If you can’t attend live, no worries—the replay is available on your dashboard the next day.

  • How do I join the live sessions?

    All live classes are held on Zoom. You’ll receive the access link by email the day before the session.

  • What props do I need?

    I recommend: a yoga mat, a chair, a bolster (or a few firm pillows), 3 blankets (or large towels), 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books), 2 yoga bricks, a strap (or bathrobe belt), an eye pillow (or a clean sock). What's important is not the specific props—but the shape and symmetry of the pose.

  • When will my subscription renew?

    Your plan renews every 30 days (monthly) or every 12 months (annually) from the date of purchase. For example, if you join on the 15th, your next billing date will be the 15th of the next month—or next year, for annual plans.

  • Do I lose access if I skip a month?

    No! As long as your subscription is active, you keep full access to the video library and new monthly sessions. There’s no expiration date.
