Online Restorative Yoga Studio
A fully on-demand space to slow down, restore deeply, and support your nervous system, wherever you are. More than 20 guided practices, with two new recorded sessions added every month.
I’m a Restorative Yoga teacher and senior trainer. Since 2015, I have trained more than 1,300 students in Restorative Yoga and written three books devoted to the practice.
I created this Studio because I know how difficult it can be to care for yourself when life already feels full.
It gives you a regular place to practice according to the time and energy you have that day, without turning rest into another obligation.
you feel tired, overstimulated, or mentally busy
you want to support your nervous system with gentle, precise practices
you are looking for a regular rhythm of deep rest
you are a yoga teacher or wellness practitioner who wants to deepen your own practice
you prefer practicing at your own pace, without needing to attend live sessions
you want to explore Restorative Yoga beyond relaxation, as a practice of nervous system support and inner listening
Members often tell me that regular practice helps them:
recover more easily;
move through stressful periods with more calm;
sleep better;
notice signs of fatigue earlier;
feel more present and more connected to their bodies.
All sessions are guided by Audrey Favreau, certified Restorative Yoga teacher, trainer, and author of The Teacher’s Guide to Restorative Yoga.
A Journey into the Heart of Practice
The current Studio series follows the path described in Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras.
Through Restorative Yoga and guided reflection, you will explore the Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi, as practical teachings that can support your daily life.
The series shows how the eight limbs can shape both your yoga practice and your daily life.
The 5 Kleśas
Why do we repeat certain patterns, even when we know they make us suffer? Why do we cling to what we want, push away what we don’t want, or struggle so much to let go of what is changing?
The next Studio cycle is dedicated to the 5 kleśas, the inner obstacles described by Patañjali. Each month, we’ll explore one kleśa through Restorative Yoga and reflection, connecting the teaching to our practice and daily life.
The cycle begins with avidyā, the fundamental confusion that makes us forget our true nature. According to Patañjali, it feeds all the other obstacles.

Yes. The monthly membership can be cancelled anytime. The annual membership renews automatically every 12 months, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
A new 30-minute recorded practice is released on the first Monday of each month. A longer 90-minute recorded class is released on the third Thursday of each month. Both are added directly to your dashboard and can be watched at any time, as long as your subscription is active.
The Online Studio is now offered as a fully pre-recorded, on-demand experience. This allows you to practice at your own rhythm, without needing to be available at a specific date or time.
I recommend: a yoga mat, a chair, a bolster (or a few firm pillows), 3 blankets (or large towels), 2 yoga blocks (or sturdy books), a strap (or bathrobe belt), and an eye pillow (or a clean sock). What’s important is not the specific props, but the shape and symmetry of the pose.
You can access the video library and monthly sessions for as long as your subscription remains active. You can watch and repeat any available practice from your dashboard during that time.
